When you complete your reservation process, you will receive an email confirming all the details of your booking. This confirmation email is sent after you have signed our terms and conditions, provided a copy of your ID, and submitted a selfie. Rest assured, once these steps are completed, your reservation is confirmed, and you're all set for your stay with us.
Yes, we do require a deposit for your reservation. This deposit is usually charged as the equivalent of one day of your booking to secure your stay.
Pets are not allowed unless the host has agreed in writing.
Yes, parking is available. However, please note that it is a parking permit zone. Let us know if you need a parking permit and how many, and we will accommodate your request.
